Grand Picnic (3-6 guests)

Choose your desired location & simply arrive on the day not having to worry about a single thing.

Offering a fully styled luxe-picnic which includes impressive grazing platters and a drinks station with non-alcoholic beverages.

Your picnic will include:

o Handcrafted low ground picnic tables with décor

o Teepee + styling

o Assorted luxe rugs, blankets, cushions & various décor to match your theme

o Delicious grazing platters spread over the picnic table. Every grazing table will come packed with a delicious selection of fresh local produce including a variety of cheeses, meats, dip, crackers, seasonal fruits, desserts and more (please let us know of any dietary requirements upon booking)

o Drink station + ice buckets filled with various non-alcoholic drinks

o Styled fresh florals + greenery for centrepieces

o Hanging lights (for sunset bookings)

o Table settings for each guest incl. plates, cutlery, napkins & crystal glassware

o Bluetooth speaker (if requested)

o 1-2 lawn games (giant Jenga, Cornhole, giant Connect 4 or Finska)

3-6 Guests: $495 (Incl. GST)

Package time allowance: 3 hrs (please enquire for additional time)

ADD-ONS

1hr photographer package: $200

1 hr live musician/ guitarist/ singer: $200 or 2.5 hrs: $350

All packages exclude delivery fee. $70 added in checkout to all locations within a 25km radius of Adelaide’s CBD. Locations further than this may incur an extra fee. Please enquire about pricing.

Bond: Please note that there is an additional $50 refundable deposit. This is returned if all glassware and equipment is in original condition.

If you are requiring a range of different equipment for an event and would prefer basic styling without individual table settings, please email us with what you are after and we can organise a customised quote.

Unsure of where to have your picnic? Don’t stress, we can recommend some of our favourite locations around Adelaide. It will be your responsibility to get council approval if required. Let’s Picnic Adelaide have also teamed up with some of Adelaide’s best wineries and vineyards. Please email us for more information on these types of packages (prices will differ). Hosting the picnic in the convenience of your own home is also a great fuss-free option.
